Ceha operates four advanced electrostatic powder coating lines using cutting-edge technology from Gema Switzerland GmbH. This solvent-free process eliminates VOC emissions, making it a cleaner and safer alternative to traditional wet paints. Powder coating is not only durable and highly protective but also minimizes waste through overspray recycling. It’s energy-efficient, requiring fewer coats and less heat than conventional methods. Plus, by removing harmful solvents, it ensures a healthier work environment for our team.
